This SLN 4 is pulled down to Terrace Drive, its train stretched all the way back out to the north end. It will be a long back up move to get back out onto the Tier to go east at BD. |

There is quite the crowd at the East Binghamton fuel pad today. NYSW and D&H units bracket a new arrival, a GP39-2 rebuilt at M-K Mountaintop. This was a program undertaken by NYSW to update several units and repaint them into the D&H lighning stripe scheme. Two other 39s were done, 7403 and 7407, as well as several GP38-2s. The power at left will go out shortly on PYRP. |

Showing the flag on this BUME at Phelps St in Port Dickinson are four lightning stripes, two each GP 38 and GP39-2s. My job allowed me some leeway in train watching-I ran a commercial laundry route-but not enough to give chase. Id have loved to see these on the bridge at Harpursville. GP 38-2 7307, the "Competition" leads the 73 cars of today's train. |
