There was no working turntable at East Binghamton-the DLWs table had been out of service for years, and it would be after CP took over that a new one would be built-so it would have to be wyed via BD. This set is rolling up to Bevier St, where it will change direction, then head down the Buffalo Runner to QD, then back onto the Tier to head back through town into the yard. |

It will take the Buffalo Runner to QD, where a new crew will get on for the trip to Buffalo, avoiding the yard and its interinable terminal delay. |
