This was a challenging shot for an eastbound, as you had to stand on the shoulder of westbound NY 17, an expressway. Timing had to be good, as you could not stop here long. I got it right this sunny morning, catching three Guilford units, one each for the component roads, though the leader and trailing units had been "transferred" away from the D&H. |

The leader on this BUME at QD is one of the new B 40s, but the rest of the consist is somewhat rag tag. Doesnt make for the best photo, but dirty power runs just as good as clean. |
