This is why you carry your scanner
Title:  This is why you carry your scanner
Description:  I always carried my scanner with me(which, by the way, is illegal in some places, New York among them. See VTL section 397) just in case something turned up. Today was one of those days, as I heard D 22 calling the signal at 216-2. I was on the west side, and able to get into position to get a shot near Lester Av. This is the result, a lightning stripe GP 38 with 12 cars passing under Arch St.
