Should get a good roll
Title:  Should get a good roll
Description:  Train 413 is pulling past the Agway mill at BX, the rear of his train clearing BD and the Southern Tier Line, passing the power for D 22, a pair of D&H GP 38's today. He has only 48 cars today, with plenty of power. This should be an easy trip to the tunnel, if there is such a thing.

Passing OG
Title:  Passing OG
Description:  Train 167 rolls past McMaster St, where the DLW Ithaca Branch crossed the Erie, at OG tower, now long removed, as the DLW line came out in 1965, though the connection from the Lackawanna main across the river had been moved here in the consolidation of facilities in 1959. The DLW line also crossed the Lehigh Valley(todays Owego & Harford) just north of here. This part of Owego was a busy place 65 years ago.

Past OG
Title:  Past OG
Description:  CP 167 passes the site of Eries OG tower. It guarded the crossing of the DLW Ithaca Branch, which intersected first the Erie, approximately where the McMaster St pedestrian crossing is located-see the gates in front of the third car, then the LV Auburn Branch. The Ithaca Branch left the DLW main just west of the Owego station, which was located where the off ramp for exit 64 off westbuond NY 17 is now.
