Recycling day and another southbound |
Description: |
One of the things about the transfer station here in town is that its adjacent to the tracks, which offers lots of opportunities while Im tending to household necessities. As I was dumping the couple of bins of recycling, I heard a horn. That turned out to be a Herzog train that was taking the siding. Radio chatter mentioned a southbound Q train, which showed shortly after the Herzog train tied up. Here is is rolling through the north end siding switch behind a pair of GEs |
