Description:
NYSW 3636 seemed to have 9 lives. Unlike sister 3638, which was a hangar queen and retired early, 3636 lasted almost til the end of the 45 line era on the NYSW. Here we see it down along Court St near the power house for the Binghamton State Hospital, waiting on the BH 1 crew to take it east.
