Still, it looks good in clean paint, even if the delay has now put the train almost in darkness, now rolling on past GR with its 82 cars. |

252 rolls south over the Harpursville bridge behind a trio of 40's. The two trailing units are notable. The middle unit is an ex SOU unit that was converted to a B unit by CP; they changed it by removing the seats and control stand, and boarding up the windows-yes, boarding up: they used plywood. The trailing unit is ex Greater Winnipeg Water District, and a trade from CN-note the road number that falls into CN's SD40 series. |
