One of the more panoramic views of the Tier, but a hard one to get, since you could only get this shot sunlit late in the day in the summer, and there was no place convenient to park, was this shot of the line from the hill on Watson Blvd as it approached Endwell. When it worked, it was a great shot. Here it is with OIBU rolling west with 41 cars on a Friday bfternoon. |

I had just seen a train with CNW power. Always a good thing, but Texans are more familiar with these units, though the CR SD 60 may be a little foreign to them. The trailing unit is one of the ex MP units UP removed the controls from and desgnated as a trailing only unit. Note the "B" in the numberboard to indicate such. |
