Description:  The Watts Dodger is returning to its home base in Watts after working north for the afternoon, rolling out from under a tall storm cloud as it hustles 20 cars back to Watts. The crew in the empty coal train cooling its heels in the siding is glad to see them, as they can now resume their progress north.

Title:  Local with a pair of little Belles
Description:  Two Belle painted 4 axle units bracket a gray GP 40 on todays edition of the Watts based dodger, seen here from Kenwood St as it works Pipelife Jetstream. Pipelife gets covered hoppers full of plastic pellets to make PVC pipe. The tanks behind the power are vegetable oil, most likely going to Little Debbie in Gentry. Bring on the oatmeal creme pies!!
