First shot
Title:  First shot
Description:  I had gone up to McElhany, just south of Neosho, to get the first shots of the 2816, and start the chase from there, since Id have good road access and be able to get right to it. As with all things railroad, things oft go astray, and the 1050 departure time from Pittsburg was quite flexible. As a result, the 2816 didnt show til almost 1300. By then, what had been a sunny day had turned overcast, which it would remain the rest of the day.
