Hay!!
Title:  Hay!!
Description:  Id gone out to put air in the tires on my wifes 2001 Stratus R/T(the five speed) and went up to Davidson Rd to check the signal. While I was there, the radio burped, and the next thing I saw, the signal had gone red southbound. Good sign, I thought. It was; the 181 was rolling north toward me behind the now common mix of CP and KCS power, seen across a field of hay bales.

Butlers Bluff
Title:  Butlers Bluff
Description:  The 181 rolls under the rock formation just south of Noel, known as Butlers Bluff as it makes its way north. In passenger days, KCS used this location for publicity photos, about 1/2 mile to the south, where the bluff is more visible high above the train.

Later that day
Title:  Later that day
Description:  Later on that afternoon, I heard a horn, which turned out to be this 114 car empty northbound TXUX train, seen approaching Tahlequah St. KCS was obviously using the move to shuttle lite power north, judging by the nine units.
