I chased the Q train south, but got stuck behind slowpokes-why someone would drive 50 MPH on a road posted 65 I cant fathom-so went to Stilwell. When I got there, there was a northbound empty coal train approaching from the south. He would take the siding for the meet. |

I followed the train up through Westville, opting for this shot from the old US 59 to gain some elevation for a panoramic shot. By the time I got to Watts, the shadows had fallen, so this was the last photo. He met a southbound at Watts-I didnt stick around to see it. |
