Steamtowns NKP GP 9 514 has a photo freight in tow, working the Scranton yard for the assembled visitors. That's Bridge 60 Tower at left. At this time, NPS was dispatching steam trains, as well as DL freights from the tower.

NKP and Alcos too
Description:
The NKP unit is part of the Steamtown collection. Sometimes the historic look of the site is broken by interlopers, in this case an M 420 and C 425 of the road that does the freight work between here and Portland PA, the Delaware Lackawanna.
