Hasnt been a train here for a while
Title:  Hasnt been a train here for a while
Description:  While on my way up to Quivira NWR, I drove through Pratt, something I had done many times before, but either on K 61 or US 54/400. I had not, til now, come up US 281 from Oklahoma. I had always thought of Pratt as a Rock Island town, which it is. I had no idea there was a Santa Fe station there, too. The building is in good shape, and is currently occupied by a couple of non rail businesses. The track, on the other hand, looks like its not see action in quite some time. Were looking east in this view.

Track side
Title:  Track side
Description:  The track side of the Santa Fe station in Pratt. The crossing still has crossbucks, though the track ends here. It does not appear to be continuous to the east, as well, though I did not have time to follow it to see.
