It had rained for over a week here, and the clouds were not inclined to break up. After about 8" of rain had fallen, we went out to see how things were doing regarding flooding, which was causing problems in places. We wound up in Watts, just as the southbound Q train was arriving. He stopped at the yard office, the power right behind on the main. Looks like a visitor from afar today, too. |
