B Boats galore |
Description: |
Upstate NY was overrun with GEs, largely because Selkirk was the maintenance base for many of them, among them the 50 C30-7As, a unit unique to Conrail. There were also hordes of B 23-7s, which mostly worked in yard and local assignments. One of those was Fulton based local WAFU 12, seen here arriving at Dewitt with 78 cars behind its four GEs. |
