Description:
The KCS had 70 of these SD70MACs lettered for TFM. Not long after I moved to Siloam, they started to renumber and reletter them KCS, putting them in the 3900 series. Now, almost ten years into that program, there are still a few TFM units left, but not very many. I was in the right place at the right moment to catch this one on the rear of a TXUX coal train, along with a KCSM unit assisting the through road power.
