About three miles south of Cave Springs, just below Bunch, is a short bridge over a creek. Ive wanted to try the shot for a while, and today was my chance. It works well with two units, and probably three. More will be too many. But its a good spot. |

Its now the time of year where the sun is low, and the shadows reach places they would not other times of year. One must adjust accordingly. The southbound grain train splits the signals at CP North Watts as it blasts south, catching a patch of sun as it rolls past. |

I got sandbagged by slowpokes coming down from Westville, and missed the shot at the crossing in Baron, but was able to catch up before he got to the crossing near MP 252. I was hoping for a little more color, but its a bit early yet for this far south. I got the train in the trees, even if they are mostly green. |
