The Tioga Central ran the former LV Auburn Branch from a Conrail connection at Owego, to North Harford in Cortland County. The primary revenue source was traffic to a LP gas storage facility there. They also ran excursions and dinner trains. Dinner trains ran out of Owego going to various points on the line, depending on time of year, and how many people were on board. |
