| In the course of widening US 59 to four lanes, the right of way was opened up to accommodate the wider roadway, which meant blasting out some of the adjacent hillside south of Watts, near Chewie Rd. Getting to the top of the hills next to the road is a fairly easy thing, as you can park off road and walk up. I took advantage of this to get a shot of a southbound H train, whose power we see here just north of Chewie Rd. |
