If you liked passenger trains, this was one of the best spots you could find. It was the newly completed "Northwest Passage," a connection from the Lake St L train to the CNW station. It was the best of all possible worlds: E and F unit powered commuter trains in the station, and L trains overhead, such as the one crossing the station throat on the Lake St line overhead. |
