| Anyone who rode an NYSW excursion in the 1980s was all too familiar with the trains doing some local work along the way. Walter Rich was not about to waste a good crew on a simple passenger train. It apparently was a practice he started early. CACV 2 has worked a siding during its run around move at Milford and is now taking water. |
