Coal at the semaphores  Contributor's Pick!
An eastbound loaded UNE coal train for the Goudy plant in Johnson City rolls through the twin semaphores at Tioga Center behind a single C40-8. Its an easy pull for the GE with only 42 cars. Note the light is lit green on the westbound signal. The meet will happen somewhere between here and MP 240, probably just east of town where the tracks are inaccessible.
